I went and had my photo taken for a passport. You know it can't be pretty when the girl doing the picture taking takes a look at what came out and says, "Hmmm, well I have seen worse." She then thoughtfully added the comment that I should keep in mind I'd probably be showing it after a long flight, and I'd likely be looking very haggard then.

ok.... that was just plain rude of her!!!! I think I would have walked away without the picture and without paying... geesh!

Aw, thanks for defending me, but honestly, she wasn't even being rude! She is a friend of my daughters and a sweet kid. She was being honest, with no intention of hurting me. The truth may be harsh, but it was the truth. I swear I've never taken a worse picture in my life, LOL! And that was AFTER doing my hair and putting on makeup! We both were having a huge laugh about it the whole time. I didn't make that clear in my post, but it was all in good fun.
