• We took the kids to see the Santa at the mall. Scott made it clear he was too old to sit on his knee and pose for a picture. How did I forget 10 is grown up? I told him that M, who is two, would likely be scared of Santa, and if she was would he go up and let her sit on his knee. He agreed to that. Now that is just what Steve and I expected to happen. That Divy and F, who is 3, would run up to him, and M would cry and not want to go. Well, the opposite happened. Divy and M ran right to him, and hopped up to sit with him. So Scott ended up taking F up, and we got our picture with all four youngest in it.
