• I've had the best 24 hours! Last night I was taking a girlfriend out for her birthday dinner. As we were pulling into the restaurant parking lot, we saw a new furniture store had opened. In we went. I found two wing chairs, a small round oak table to set between the chairs, and an oak entertainment centre. It has the doors you close when you aren't watching the tv, something I really wanted. Steve recently put down wood flooring, and I bought an area rug I am crazy about. The wing chairs and table go in my bay window. I bought new window coverings for those. Today Sandy and I headed out again, and I found a couch and loveseat that I knew I had to have. I chose a different fabric to have it covered with, so it will take 2 weeks before it is ready. I chose two different fabrics to have the throw pillows covered in. Each pillow will have both fabrics on them, each side will be different. That way I can go with all one, or the other, or mix and match! I am so excited! Tomorrow we start painting. I ended up changing the paint colours slightly, and feel like it will all look so beautiful together! The walls will be Pampas Grass, the trim Crushed Velvet. That makes it easy to visualize eh? ROFL!! To finish off today, I got a haircut. Did I mention I had the best day?!
